Sethos's kit is built to be an on-field Main DPS that with his charged attack damage scaling of Elemental Mastery. With this in mind, EM artifacts works very good with Sethos. Since he deals a lot of Charged Attack DMG, Wanderer's Troupe is amazing for its DMG increase. His best weapon is the Hunter's Path since it can increase his Charged Attack DMG directly.
