A Big change from almost all the Urgent cares I’ve been too. The Doctor was my favorite. Scheduled my appointment online the night before. Super easy online process. Had my appointment set at 1:30pm, and I arrived at 1:20pm. Didn't get checked in until 2:30pm... Front office staff service was underpar today. Usually there's 2 people, but I noticed only 1 new worker struggling by herself. Other than that, excellent clinic. Everything is clean as always, staff is friendly as always.
