Candidates must be enrolled in a master's program at a university in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, graduating no earlier than June 2025, and be able to spend approximately 20 hours per week at the FAST NUCES H-11 campus.

FAST School of Management is currently seeking faculty members to join our team in permanent (full-time), adjunct permanent (half-commitment to industry/own business, half to FAST), and visiting (course-by-course engagement) capacities. Our primary focus is on recruiting faculty for the BS and MS Business Analytics programs, which commenced in Fall 2021, as well as the BS Fintech program, which began in Fall 2022. I am looking for a full-time Research Assistant (RA) to work with me on a project on women in leadership roles and DEI (diversity equity and inclusion). The RA will be based at the Islamabad campus of FAST School of Management, FAST-NUCES. S/he will work with the Management Advancement Research Centre (MARC) team directly under my supervision. My research clearly indicates that improving gender equality requires the support of fathers, male sponsors, and mentors.For long- term change, the role of fathers, particularly in the early decades of their daughters' life, is most critical. Sharing a small personal story, and requesting all DEIchampions of change toincrease their efforts beyond organisational challenges. Systemic changes are needed.Happy International Women's Day to all.
