The Osceola County School Board approved the following administrative appointments on May 28, 2024:

Dr. Lisa Karcinski, Chief Academic Officer

Dr. Lisa Karcinski has held the following positions: Social Studies Instructional Coach/MTSS for Orange County Public School's Curriculum and Instruction Department (2013-2014); Assistant Principal at West Orange High (2014); Assistant Principal at Colonial High (2016-2017); and Assistant Principal at Oak Ridge High (2017-2019); Senior Administrator in the High School Office for Orange County Public Schools (2019-2020); Principal of Ocoee High (2020-present). She received her bachelor's degree in Political Science from Stetson University, a master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida, and a doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida.

Dr. Gabriel Berrio, Assistant Superintendent for Student Services

He received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management and a master's degree from Trident University International.

Richard Monsalve,Coordinator of Talent Management

Richard Monsalve has held the following positions: National Director/Career Development Course for Marine Corps Recruiting (2010-2012); Regional Director of Talent Acquisition-Operations for Marine Corps Recruiting (2012-2017); Director of Career Services for Universal Technical Institute (2020-2022); Supervisor of Employee Relations and Recruitment for the Osceola School District (2022-2023); and Director of Talent Acquisition and Retention for UCP of Central Florida (2023-2024). He received a master's degree in HR from Rollins College.

Joe Trybus, Coordinator for Secondary, Post-Secondary, and CTE
